SHIPPING POLICY
Once payment is received, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the following chart for shipping and handling charges. Additional charges will be billed for special shipping requests. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
*Additional charges will be incurred by the purchaser if shipment requires Federal Express Overnight or 2-Day Service.
The majority of our orders are shipped insured via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. *Please specify if you would like your package to require a signature or shipped via Federal Express.
Note to Exchange Clubs in Hawaii and Puerto Rico: All supply orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Up to 10 lbs. - $14.99
10 lbs. - 25 lbs. - $19.99
25 lbs. – 40 lbs. - $24.99
Orders in excess of 40 lbs. will be billed $15 or actual charges, whichever is greater.
RUSH ORDERS
If you require your materials sooner than our normal processing and shipping procedures will allow, a $15 service charge will be applied to your order in addition to tax and/or shipping charges. Please check the "RUSH" box on the order form, or inform the supply representative when placing your order.
